Bring your own container
We welcome reusable food containers at the market. A charge applies where a disposable container is needed, so bringing your own clean box is a simple way to save money and reduce waste.
Where disposable packaging is required, we use containers supplied by Notpla and made from Seaweed, as part of our work to reduce the impact of food on the go.
A lower-impact market
The Street Food Market has moved from fossil fuel based propane to green electricity. This reduces the environmental impact of powering the market while helping us continue to serve great food in a more responsible way.
