Campus Cash is the easy way to pay for everyday food and drinks on campus and launching from 17th September.

Add money to your Staff or Student Campus Card* and use it across University of Reading Dining Services. It is designed to make campus spending quicker, simpler and better value.

When you pay with Campus Cash, you’ll receive exclusive discounts on most food and drink purchases.

It is a great way to make your money go further, whether you are grabbing a coffee between lectures, having lunch with friends or picking up something for later.

Where can I use it?

Campus Cash can be used at all University-operated Dining Services cafés, restaurants and bars across campus, including University operated Street Food stalls at the Food Market. Campus Cash is not the same as your printing money.

Outlets within the Students’ Union, the Co-op and independent traders at the Street Food Market do not participate.

Family and supporter top-ups

Parents and supporters can also add money to Campus Cards through the University’s online payment portal, making it simple to help with day-to-day campus spending. The portal is here – please note that this system is not instant and takes 2 working day to upload. Students and Staff may use this portal noting the delay in funds clearing.

Not a University of Reading employee or student? We offer bespoke packages for other groups as chargeable service. Please note Dining Services is unable to fund discounts for other groups as our core objective is supporting our students and employees reflecting the University’s Charitable Status.
