PARK HOUSE

In the traditional setting of Park House, the Meadow Suite is a multi-functional room that can be customised to meet your requirements and is suitable for all types of events, including training days, workshops, day meetings, and residential conferences. Fully equipped with AV & presenting technology including laptop connections and large screens.

The Meadow Suite seats a maximum capacity of 241 delegates

We also have two smaller meeting rooms within Park House that can host up to 20 guests. It has a small reception room, which can be used for your refreshments and catering. A large portable LCD screen with laptop connection is available along with flipcharts.

THE CEDARS

The Cedars is located at the centre of Whiteknights campus, providing flexible meeting room space with capacities ranging from 8 – 80 delegates, making it ideal for a range of events including workshops, training days, residential events and day meetings.

Equipped with AV technology including laptop connections and large screens. Flipcharts and whiteboards are included as standard in each of the rooms.

LARGE SUMMER CONFERENCES

During the summer vacation period, we offer a wider range of facilities for your conference, including over 2000 bedrooms, large lecture theatres, and a range of buildings to host multiple breakout rooms, and foyers for drink receptions.

We successfully host a number of large conferences every year, including academic conferences and large corporate events. With a variety of venues on campus that provide a flexible range of meeting/breakout rooms, lecture theatres and exhibition spaces, our experienced Venue Reading conference team will work with you to co-ordinate your event to meet your requirements.
