Park Eat
Park Eat is the University of Reading’s flagship dining destination on Whiteknights Campus: a vibrant, welcoming space where great food, choice and community come together.
At the heart of campus, Park Eat has seating for up to 450 people and is designed around the way students live, study and socialise. Whether you are picking up food between lectures, meeting friends for dinner, taking a break with a coffee or settling in for a catch-up, it is a place to eat well and feel at home on campus.
As one of the University’s biggest and most important dining spaces, Park Eat is central to the Clever Cuisine Meal Plan experience. It gives students the freedom to enjoy quality food in a relaxed setting, with meals available across a wide choice of counters. Campus Cash can also be used for drinks, snacks and other smaller purchases.
We are proud to be a University-run service, focused on delivering great value and a better student experience. We work to use responsibly sourced ingredients, support local and sustainable food where possible, and make it easier to enjoy balanced, great-tasting food every day.

Food & Drink
Park Eat brings together a varied range of food counters, offering freshly prepared meals throughout the day. Choose from favourites such as pizza and calzones, made-to-order stir-fries, curries and a changing selection of daily specials.
Our menus are designed to offer plenty of variety, with vegetarian, vegan and lighter options available alongside comforting favourites and globally inspired dishes. The offer changes regularly, giving you new reasons to come back while keeping reliable favourites on the menu.

We have installed many plug sockets across Park Eat from the lovely people at Measurable Energy. This is to ensure that we are always mindful of the amount of electricity we are using. The coloured lights will indicate the amount of CO2e that is being used whilst the socket is in use. If 100 people chose a green phase over red when charging their phones using the power sockets, at least 40g of CO2e emissions could be avoided. 1,000 people could avoid 104kg a year!
