Henley Greenlands Hotel FAQs

Check in is available from 3.00pm Use the short stay car park to check in at reception prior to unloading luggage, designated parking instructions will be advised. We kindly ask that guests check out by 9.00am Monday – Friday and by 11.00am at weekends.

We are only able to accommodate service animals. Aside from these there are no animals permitted across the campus and its grounds, including the bedroom accommodation.

Our accommodation is primarily used by course members attending programmes on site. We do have a limited number of baby cots and travel beds available that can be placed in rooms if requested in advance subject to availability. There are additional charges for these. Please note that high chairs are not available in the restaurant, there are no childcare facilities on site and children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

The Heyworth restaurant is in the main building and overlooks the River Thames. Pre-booking is recommended as there are times when it may be booked for a private function. If the main restaurant is closed to external guests due to an event, freshly prepared meals are available to order from the main bar.

There are irons and ironing boards available in all our rooms. In some cases you may need to contact reception to have an ironing board brought to your room, but in most cases there will be one in your room from the time you arrive.

Yes all our bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower facilities.

There are ample parking spaces on site for hotel guests. There is no charge for parking and you do not need to pre-book in advance. Please note that all bedrooms are in our separate Thames Court building, adjacent to the main house. We recommend using the short stay parking to check-in at reception prior to unloading luggage, and thereafter you will be directed to the long stay car park.
