Sunday Lunch Henley On Thames

Join us for Sunday Lunch. We are now offering a Three Course Sunday Carvery once a month at your local riverside venue.

Nestled on the banks of the River Thames, our carvery offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere where you can enjoy a hearty roast with all the trimmings, freshly prepared by our chefs and served with views of the River Thames from the Heyworth Restaurant.

Whether you’re gathering with family, catching up with friends, or simply treating yourself, our Sunday Carvery is the perfect way to spend a relaxed Sunday. Tables of up to 10 are available from 1pm on selected Sundays throughout the year. Please note a booking is required.

After lunch make use of the beautiful grounds with free parking and complimentary tea & coffee from the coffee machines in the Chiltern Brasserie.

If you’d like to make a weekend of it and explore all that Henley-on-Thames has to offer, why not book to stay at the Greenlands Hotel from the Friday or Saturday and visit the Great West Way or Visit Henley for ideas on what else you could visit whilst staying in Henley. You can also make use of our riverside gym, a giant riverside chess set or use our new floating pontoon by arrangement to launch your paddleboards or row the prestigious Royal Regatta Route.

We are only offering our Sunday Carvery once a month at the moment, but this may increase in future if it becomes even more popular. If you are looking to organise a lunch for a large group and it’s not one of our Sunday Carvery dates, but you’d like to book for a group, do get in touch with the team as we may be able to accommodate you on an alternative Sunday depending on the group size.
