When you book a slot with us online, you agree to the below terms and conditions:
You can reschedule or cancel your slot via the online service any time before your timeslot.
Payment must be made upon arrival at the venue.
We reserve the right to cancel your slot booking if full payment is not made on arrival. Please note that our venues operate a cashless system and do not accept payments in cash.
All players must be over the age of 18, and proof of ID may be required.
All players must be ready to play at the start of your slot, as we cannot extend your booking slot.
If you or any players are late, you will lose your slot and we are not obliged to accommodate your slot booking.
In certain circumstances, we may need to cancel your slot. If we do so we will use reasonable endeavours to inform you as soon as possible.
All players must comply with safety notices, instructions from members of staff and games’ rules.
Only a maximum of 8 players per group is allowed.
The University reserves the right to immediately end a session and remove any player for unruly behaviour – no refunds will be made.
Players must report any maintenance issues or damages in the equipment to members of staff.
Players are responsible for any damage or loss caused to our property or equipment and we reserve the right to charge players for damages they cause.
