How do I cancel my membership? 08/11/2023 If you have a membership by direct debit, you can cancel any time after the first direct debit has been taken from your account. You can ask us at reception or email us before the 24th of the month to cancel, alternatively you can just ask your bank to stop the direct debit and they will notify us it has been cancelled.
