Meadow Suite

The Meadow Suite is a multi-functional room located in the traditional setting of Park House. This modern venue can be customised to meet your requirements and is suitable for all types of events, including training days, workshops, day meetings, and residential conferences. Fully equipped with AV & presenting technology including laptop connections and large screens.

The suite can be configured with various layouts, as a guide we have the following capacities available:

Sibly & Morley Meeting Rooms

We also have two other smaller meeting rooms within Park House.

Sibly is the larger of the two meeting rooms and can host up to 20 guests. It has a small reception room, which can be used for your refreshments and catering. Morley is a smaller meeting room and can host up to 10 guests.

A large portable LCD screen with laptop connection is available along with flipcharts.

Sat nav users, please use the postcode RG6 6UR. The Whiteknights and London Road campuses in Reading are approximately 1.5 miles from the M4 motorway.

PARKING

Parking on campus is limited so we encourage people to use public transport. We are able to offer a limited number of campus parking permits for events but please note this does not guarantee a parking space. Please note that you do not need a permit to park on campus for events held Monday - Friday after 5pm and on weekends. For Park House, please use Cark Park 9 or 15.
Reading’s mainline station has recently undergone a major refurbishment, making travelling to the town by train easier and more enjoyable. Reading is easily accessible by regular, fast trains from London Paddington, as well as via London Waterloo. It is well connected by routes from the North, South and West via Bournemouth, Bristol, Oxford, Guildford and Basingstoke.

FROM THE STATION AND READING TOWN CENTRE:

The 21 and 21a buses run from Reading train station in the town centre to our Whiteknights campus at regular intervals, 24 hours a day.
The Meadow Suite on our Whiteknights campus is approximately two miles and around 40 minutes on foot from Reading Station. Please allow a further 10 minutes to reach Park House.
