Retail vouchers can be used in all our catering outlets at Whiteknights and London Road campuses. Our bookings team will produce these vouchers and send them to you in the post. Please note our cash value vouchers are valid for 3 months and our non-refundable. No change is given if the items cost less than the total value of the voucher to be used. These vouchers are not suitable for large groups arriving to an outlet at the same time. If you have a large group we would recommend booking the Meal & Drink Pass.
A Meal & Drink Pass offers your group a main course from the hot counters and a hot or cold drink (doesn’t include alcoholic drinks). You do not receive a voucher for this type of booking – each guest should state which group they are with when going through the payment point and the catering team member will check them off against the number requested via the booking form.
When ordering you will need to provide the date/time and catering location that you will visit and keep us updated if this changes. This will ensure the correct amount of food is produced and that staff are available to serve your guests. The Meal & Drink Pass can be booked in Park Eat, Eat at The Square, Wantage or St Pats. Please check the individual catering outlet opening hours. If you book an outlet that is closed during the date you have selected, the team will contact you to advise which outlet we can book for you. Please note we are not able to confirm what will be served in each catering outlet in advance.
