We will be in contact via telephone with the event contact / organiser if there is a confirmed case of COVID-19 at our venue during your time here with us – we will follow this up with an email. Public Health England track & trace will contact you directly, requesting the necessary information. If you have been to our venue and start to feel unwell, it is your responsibility to follow the government advise and contact track and trace, who will notify us. ‘It is your responsibility to contact each of your delegates’ – is this the case, should I leave this out of the above question?
