Changes to our services at Henley Greenlands November 6, 2020 The health and safety of our customers, as well as that of our staff and students, is of great importance to Henley Business School and the wider University of Reading. Therefore, owing to the exceptional circumstance arising from the COVID-19 pandemic and in line with the Government’s guidelines on social distancing, we have taken the decision to close a number of our services until further notice. Greenlands Hotel and Conference Centre will be closed from midnight on Wednesday 4 November until further notice. This means that we will have to cancel existing bookings. We are sorry that it has been necessary to take this step and we will be contacting customers with existing bookings to arrange refunds in the coming days. We apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause. All Greenlands Campus facilities will also be closed from midnight on Wednesday 4 November. This includes the catering provisions from the Heyworth Restaurant, Pavilion Lunch Service, and Bar; along with other general facilities including the Greenlands Library, Quiet Study Space, and common areas. The Business School will continue to run programmes and courses where possible, however these will be conducted online rather than on site.
